I have met up with a couple of ID companies before finalising to go on with Crescendo. I decided to engage them out of all the other IDs that i have approached before this because Crescendo quoted me with a very detailed breakdown of the entire cost of renovation. I feel that it is very important to have a clear understanding of where all the costs are coming from. We also had a very long discussion on the designs and went through everything thoroughly in details before proceeding with the renovation.
